Stuff Happens Policy
There will be no refunds for any reason.
Dangerous weather conditions or terrorism could cause cancellation with out refund.
The event could be rescheduled for the next day under these conditions.
If the event is cancelled for any
reason, including dangerous weather, war , terrorism, there will be no
refunds.
(It is easier for one person to suffer a small loss, compared to one entity to
go bankrupt.)
Roll over Policy
With a written medical reason from an M.D. we will roll over your entry until the 2009 event.
Send an email notification of your intent to cancel for 2009 and then fax your medical excuse from your physician to 808-344-3651
For 2009 use a mail in registration form off the web page to enter. Include a payment of $25 and your printed confirmation email cancellation from the Race Committee of your 2008 cancellation notice.
You will get an official cancellation notice after the Race Committee receives your medical reason from your Physician.
